Roads and Sewers on a pioneering community development with places to live, work and learn providing vibrant urban amenities in a rich rural setting.

Set in 325 acres, the development will consist of 4,200 homes and our remit is to install the infrastructure to serve the community.

The site will serve a consortium of house builders and we will be partnering with our client Bentley Project Management to deliver the roads and sewers for the development.
