Groundworks, roads, sewers and 278 works on a flagship project with our partner Persimmon Homes at their Garendon Park
scheme in Loughborough.
The development consists of major road infrastructure and construction of 3,200 homes including infrastructure for 16 hectares of employment, schools and community facilities. The development will progress in phases over the next 10 years.
